Thank you for shopping with Poceti. We take great care in handcrafting each item and want you to feel happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will begin processing and cannot be cancelled, as our products are made to order.
Returns
As all of our products are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or customer error.
We do, however, accept returns in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Reported to us within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable patterns or digital tutorials (if applicable)
- Used or opened DIY kits
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Please first check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank – processing time may vary

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us for return instructions. Do not send any items back without prior approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective item).
